Shannon Heggem is a life-long pet lover who is committed to providing conscientious, loving care to all of the pets which are entrusted to her. She has designed her kennel to be a safe haven…a home-away-from-home where your precious pets can be loved and cared for when you are unavailable. Shannon treats your pets like they are her own; and, boy are HER pets spoiled! They are her furry kids!

It is important to note that the pet resort is open only by appointment. This way, Shannon is able to spend lots of quality time with the guests because she doesn’t have office hours…So while you might find this a bit inconvenient, please remember that this is so that the animals get the attention, instead of the front desk! Her office is filled with all sorts of pet beds, pillows, couches and chairs, where guests can often be found lounging during the day- not really that different from being at home!
