Payment in advance required for all boarding services: We accept Visa/MasterCard, PayPal, personal checks upon approval (no postdated checks), and of course cash. We will not accept any pet, regardless of circumstance or identity, without payment in advance. We appreciate your cooperation!
Because our specialized services are provided DAILY we charge a daily rate instead of an overnight rate. Since our members are able to be picked up seven days a week, you are only charged for the days that your pet is actually here!
You are always charged for the first day, regardless of drop-off time. On the day you pick up your pet, if you return before noon you will only be charged for a half-day.
EXAMPLES:
Pet is dropped off Friday morning and picked up Saturday night= 2 days.
Pet is dropped off Friday morning and picked up Sunday night= 3 days.
Pet is dropped off Friday morning and picked up Sunday morning= 2 and 1/2 days.
HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS:
Because we fill up fast during holiday periods, payment is required at the time of reservation to hold a spot for your pet. If you must cancel a prepaid holiday reservation, you will be issued a boarding credit which may be used for up to twelve months following the cancellation. We have a three-day minimum charge for all holiday reservations as well. We look forward to spoiling your pets!
